Allied Marine has Dokinha V, a Custom Line 108, listed for sale with an asking price of $7.5 million. The 2016 build is the fifth hull in a limited run of Raised Pilot House Motor Yachts produced by Custom Line. It has a five-stateroom, six-head layout, and is notable for its multiple alfresco dining and entertainment spaces.

Stepping onto Dokinha V’s teak swim platform, the yacht’s transom door lifts to reveal a Williams Dieseljet yacht tender as well as PWC stowage. Walking up the teak steps to the cockpit, there is bench seating set against the transom with a folding table and loose chairs creating shaded alfresco dining for up to 10 guests.

Integral stairs to starboard lead from the cockpit up to the 108-footer’s flybridge, which has three lounge chairs and a Whirlpool spa aft for fun in the sun. An L-shaped sofa to port sits back-to-back with a forward U-shaped sofa, which has a folding table for another shaded alfresco dining space. The helm station with bench-style seat is forward and to port while there is a docking station to starboard. A two-seat wet bar and a grill are also located to starboard. A retractable sunroof in the hardtop allows the captain to control the volume of sunlight.

This Custom Line 108 has a second and all-weather second helm station located in the raised pilot house, which is accessible from the flybridge via a sliding door and a staircase on centerline.

When it’s time to enjoy sundowners at sunset or mimosas in the morning, guests can transit the Custom Line 108’s wide side decks to the foredeck where a four-person sun pad is abaft two L-shaped settees with tables.

In addition to an entertainment-centric exterior layout, the Custom Line108’s interior follows suit. Salon seating includes a loveseat and an L-shaped sofa to port positioned across from a 65-inch flat-screen TV. To starboard, double sliding glass doors lead to a hydraulic fold-out terrace, creating a perfect spot to take in a sunrise or open it for warm and welcome cross breezes in the salon and dining area.

The galley has enough Quartz-resin countertop space for chef and crew to prepare meals together. The galley has a side-by-side refrigerator and freezer with an ice maker, cabinets with shelves and drawers to stow provisions, a ceramic electric four-plus-one ring cooktop with pan holders, a dishwasher, an electric oven, a Siemens microwave oven, Mini Hi-Fi system CD with tuner, overhead cupboards with shelves, two stainless-steel sinks and Venetian blinds. From the Yachting Archive: Custom Line 108 Ferretti Yacht Review

“When I first saw the Custom Line 108 Ferretti yacht resting along the quay in Cannes, France, I was struck by her shadow-inducing size juxtaposed with what was a relatively low profile, enhanced by glass. Lots of it. Glass is used extensively on the Custom Line 108 to help connect those on board the yacht with the salt of the ocean.” – Yachting, April 2016

Where is Dokinha V located? The yacht is currently lying in Aventura, Florida.

Hargrave Custom Yachts has listed the 114-foot Hargrave Brandi Wine for sale on the brokerage market. The raised pilothouse yacht’s asking price is $4.4 million.

Included in that price is about $300,000 worth of upgrades that were done aboard Brandi Wine in September and October 2023. They included the installation of new electronics and audiovisual systems, as well as new antifouling and zincs to protect the underwater equipment.

The team at Hargrave notes that these updates and upgrades are in addition to the original construction of Brandi Wine, which “exceeded industry standards” when the semi-displacement yacht was designed and built back in 2009. The original spec called for long-range cruising capability, Naiad zero-speed stabilizers, extra stowage, high ceilings, a high-visibility bridge, extra soundproofing, a convertible hardtop and an oversized hardtop.

Brandi Wine is a great example of a fully customized Hargrave yacht,” the company says, adding that Brandi Wine also underwent a hydraulics system rebuild in 2022. Combined, according to Hargrave, the 2022 and 2023 refits totaled more than $400,000.

And that was on top of yet another refit that was completed in 2021. The yacht has had all LED lighting since 2019.

At the helm, Brandi Wine now has electronics equipment from Garmin and Furuno, including a GPSMap 8700 and a NavNet TZtouch. Similar equipment is up at the flybridge helm, with sunlight-readable displays. Yet another Garmin GPSMap display is installed in the captain’s cabin for additional monitoring.

The yacht runs with three generators: two 65-kilowatt Northern Lights, and one 17-kilowatt Phasor for nighttime or emergency use. Fuel capacity is 7,000 gallons. The power plants are twin 1,400-horsepower Caterpillar 3412E diesels, which Hargrave’s team says provide a cruising speed of 15 knots and a top hop of 17 knots.

Accommodations are for eight guests in four en suite staterooms, including a full-beam master stateroom with a 42-inch, 4K Samsung television. Both the master and one of the guest staterooms have king-size berths. The remaining two guest staterooms have queen and twin berths. Bose Soundbars are in all the owner and guest staterooms.

There also are three crew cabins, which Hargrave says can accommodate six crew. The galley is equipped with appliances made by leading brands such as Sub-Zero, GE and Fisher & Paykal.

Where is Brandi Wine available for showings and sea trials? The yacht is located in Fort Lauderdale, Florida.

Hakvoort Tempo Reale
The 112-foot Tempo Reale can reportedly hit 34 knots and carries 6,600 gallons of fuel. Asking price is $3.7 million. Courtesy Denison Yachting

Hakvoort is not a shipyard that most yachtsmen think of when it comes to fishing. Founded in 1919 in the Netherlands, the Hakvoort yard has been known for superyachts since the 1980s, with recent launches including the 200-foot Top Five II in 2021 and the 148-foot Milele in 2023.

But back in 1990, an owner commissioned Hakvoort to build this 112-footer as the “ultimate sporting tender” to a superyacht. Tempo Reale is now in Fort Lauderdale, Florida, and listed for sale on its own with Denison Yachting. The asking price is $3.7 million.

Sales brokers Bruce Schattenburg and Scott Lacroix say Tempo Reale is an ideal vessel for the Bahamas or other shallow-water destinations, thanks to its jet drives and 4-foot-10-inch draft. The vessel’s hull is aluminum, helping to keep weight down.

According to the brokers, cruising speed is 25 knots with a top hop of 34 knots, thanks to MTU power plants in the engine room. Fuel capacity is 6,660 gallons for longer runs out to the canyons in search of big game.

Recent upgrades to Tempo Reale include a Control4 “smart home” integration system throughout the yacht; a Kaleidescape movie server; a Garmin navigation suite; LED lighting; Starlink internet; and new televisions and carpeting.

The cockpit is oversized for sportfishing and watersports, with a hydraulic swim platform for easy access to the water by swimmers, snorkelers and scuba divers. Cocktail tables are here too, for parents who want to relax on board while keeping an eye on the kids in the water.

Inside on the main deck are a salon and dining room, along with a stateroom that can be considered a master or VIP. There’s a second salon near the helm, giving guests panoramic views all around no matter whether the yacht is at anchor or underway. Another lounging space is up on the flybridge, which is sheltered from the elements by a hardtop. A second helm station is up there too, in addition to the indoor helm station.

There’s also guest seating on the foredeck, with a six-person hot tub. The location should help to block the gaze of prying eyes whenever Tempo Reale is tied up stern-to, Med-style.

Appliances in the galley are Miele, with a Maxx Ice machine to keep the cool cubes popping out all day long. The yacht also has Apple TV and a DirecTV satellite dome for helping guests stay entertained.

What’s the condition of Tempo Reale? The sales brokers call this yacht’s condition “exceptional,” adding that the “generous owner” and full-time crew have made sure the vessel is “lovingly maintained.”
