Sales broker Bruce Schattenburg at Denison Yachting has listed the 108-foot Custom Line Gioia for sale with an asking price of $12.5 million.
Gioia is a 2018 build that, according to the brokerage firm, has a volume comparable to those aboard larger yachts. The layout includes a main-deck master stateroom, as well as four guest staterooms and four cabins for crew.
Guest relaxation spaces are in the bow, on the main deck aft (where there is dining) and on the flybridge, which has a wet bar, dining space and hot tub. The tender garage converts to a beach club at the stern.
The yacht also has upgraded 1,623-horsepower Caterpillar C32 engines with extended warranties, along with zero-speed fin stabilizers and a pair of Seakeeper gyrostabilizers.
Where is Gioia available for viewings? The yacht is currently in the Caribbean.
