IYC is seeking an owner for a new-build VSY explorer yacht that can be built and ready for delivery by 2021.
The explorer yacht would be built with a steel hull and aluminum superstructure is designed by Hot Lab in Milan, Italy. Asking price is about $67.7 million.
Owners can choose a six- or seven-stateroom layout, each of which has the master on the upper deck with an office and walk-in closets. An elevator would run from the lower deck to the bridge deck, and a helipad would be on the main deck. The bridge deck would house a gymnasium and pool, with a second gymnasium at the water-level beach club.
Just how far could this explorer yacht explore? At 12 knots, her range is expected to be 5,000 nautical miles. Top speed with Caterpillar 3512C engines would be 16 knots.
