Denison Yachting says the owner of the 106-foot Lazzara Cedar Island is willing to split the 10-percent VAT on Bahamas charters for weeklong bookings between March 24 and April 2, with no relocation fee for round-trip itineraries out of Nassau.

Cedar Island is a 2003 build with a lowest weekly base rate of $49,900. The yacht accommodates eight guests in four staterooms and charters with four crew.

The interior is built-out with high-gloss African cherry wood. Amenities include formal dining for all eight guests, a games table, and a bar with an ice-maker and wine-chiller.

Outside on the covered aft deck, there’s another dining space along with a wet bar and seating. A sun lounge is on the foredeck, and the flybridge has additional guest space, along with a hot tub.

What kind of water toys and tenders are on board? Cedar Island has a 15-foot RIB, water skis, personal watercraft, snorkeling gear and fishing gear.
