Hodgdon Yachts custom tenders
These eye-catching new tenders are the brainchild of designer Andrew Winch and builder Hodgdon Yachts, which recently launched the duo for delivery to their future mothership that is under construction at a shipyard in Holland.
Each tender is 27 feet long and built using infused epoxy carbon fiber to meet the owner’s requirements for weight. One is built as a limousine tender, while the other is an open design.
The limousine tender has an interior with raised-panel teak joinery, luxury leather seating for eight people, and a full bathroom. It also has an electrically retracting glass moon roof and aft bulkhead, as well as a roof that can lift hydraulically. Systems are integrated for iPad control.
The open tender can seat 12 people, has a retractable hardtop for getting into the mothership’s tender garage, and boasts a retracting bow ramp for easy boarding at the beach.
